2.Magnetic properties : Nanocrystalline cores have high saturation magnetic induction intensity and low hysteresis loops, exhibiting good soft magnetic properties. They have characteristics such as high magnetic permeability, low magnetic resistance, and low losses. Amorphous cores also exhibit excellent magnetic properties, but are usually lower than nanocrystalline cores, with relatively lower magnetic permeability and saturation magnetic induction intensity.

3.Preparation process : The preparation of nanocrystalline cores is usually achieved through methods such as rapid solidification or heat treatment to control the grain size at the nanoscale. Amorphous cores are prepared by rapid cooling or thin strip stretching, which arranges iron atoms into an amorphous structure.

4.Application areas : Nanocrystalline cores are mainly used in high-frequency transformers, inductors, sensors, and magnetic memory fields. Their high magnetic permeability and low losses make them excellent in high-frequency applications. Amorphous cores are widely used in transformers,photovoltaic, inductors, power filters, motors, and other fields. Their high saturation magnetic induction strength and low hysteresis loop make them advantageous in power electronics and power transmission.
